Baptist Health Hardin Updates Visitation Policy

On Friday, Baptist Health Hardin updated some of its visitor policies.

Due to the number of Covid-19 cases stabilizing, one visitor will be allowed for inpatients who are positive for Covid-19. This must be the same visitor for the duration of the patient’s stay.

Even with small changes in visitation, safety protocols are still being followed.

Outpatient waiting rooms still have limited capacity, and most other waiting rooms remain closed.

“More than 5 million people worldwide have lost their lives, and more than 10,000 of our fellow Kentuckians have succumbed to this vicious evil virus. We’ve lost more Kentuckians to Covid-19 than make up the population of most of our towns and cities,” he stated.
