Purdue Extension Floyd County will be hosting the 11th annual Pollinator Day April 25th from 10a.m.-3p.m. at the Purdue Research Park of Southeast Indiana.

This free, family-friendly event has something for everyone. During this event participants can attend two classes:

* Pollinator Pockets and
* Prescribed Burns.

There will be hands on activities such as build your own bee nest, build your own hummingbird feeder, the Busy Bee Youth Station, pollinator games, and much more.

There will be free youth t-shirts and tote bags for families, available while supplies last. So please come visit us April 25th from 10a.m.-3p.m. on the lawn at the Purdue Research Park of Southeast Indiana, 3000 Technology Ave. New Albany, IN.

Join us for a magical evening at The House on Helm as we welcome Jeremy and Nancy, with Settle Into Stillness back to our Elizabethtown and surrounding communities!  

Enjoy a deeply relaxing Sound Bath followed by Mediterranean inspired small plate dishes and community in the lovely House on Helm main dining hall.

The Settle into Stillness Ensemble is a collective of artists that unites the healing power of conscious relaxation with sacred sound. The group was formed in 2021, as an expansion of the work that Settle Into Stillness has been doing as a duo for 13 years, by Jeremy Arndt, Nancy Grzeszak, Parker Horsch, and Sarah Paz Hyde. The ensemble was formed to infuse their diverse musical talents into a Sound Journey experience unlike anything the world has ever heard before and to share this experience with larger audiences across the globe.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow to enjoy this experience lying down.  Some items will be available on a first come basis.  All sales are final.  If you would prefer to enjoy this event in a chair - simply let us know when you register.

Dixie Ag Safety is a student‑led initiative made up of high school leaders from
Hardin County and LaRue County who are dedicated to promoting both mental
and physical health within our community. Our mission focuses especially on
supporting rural families, first responders, and farmers—groups whose well‑being
is essential to the strength of our region. We proudly partner with Raising Hope,
led by Mr. Dale Dobson, to expand our outreach and provide meaningful
resources, education, and support to those who need it most. Together, we work to
build a safer, healthier, and more resilient community.
