Someone in North Carolina has written more than 23,000 articles on Scotland’s Wikipedia platform–despite not knowing a word of Scots. Earlier this week, a Reddit user outed Scots Wikipedia admin as a teenager. The Redditor also says the Scots version of Wikipedia “uses almost no Scots vocabulary, what little it does use is usually incorrect.” The admin has since written, “I meant the best.”

Have you ever tried to do something good for someone and it untimely ended badly?
