Furever Friends

This week Mike McNutt is feeling a little under the weather. There are still adoptable animals at the Hardin County Animal Shelter located on 220 Peterson Drive in Elizabethtown. You can see all adoptable animals on Finding Rover and Pet Finder.com. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday, Noon to 4 pm. Adoptions are by appointment only. Fill out the application at https://hcky.org/adoption-application/ Also, Friends of Hardin County Animal Shelter have a voucher program for straw for those who need it. Call the animal shelter at 270-769-3428 for information about the voucher program. You can also find the shelter on Facebook @HardinCountyAnimalShelterKY Over 280 animals have been adopted though the Furever Friends program since its start in 2017. We couldn’t do it without the help of Pet Supplies Plus on Towne Drive in Elizabethtown.

Praise & Shine: Sweet Again

What makes you long for God to make what is bitter sweet again? While you wait for Jesus’ return, what are some things you can do to make others’ bitter experience sweet again? God KNOWS THAT WE witness and experience so much pain, suffering, ruin, and death, AND sometimes it MAY BE difficult to believe HE WILL make what is bitter sweet again. GOD WILL Help US to put OUR hope in HIM, the One who’s promised to give US beauty for ashes and joy for mourning.
