Yesterday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Branch arrested 31 year-old Timmy Lee Logsdon Jr. on charged related to child sexual abuse material.
The arrest came as a result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online. A search warrant was served at a residence in Radcliff on November 30th, and all equipment used to facilitate the crime were seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is still ongoing.
Mr. Logsdon is currently charged with ten counts of Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison, and ten counts of Class-C felonies punishable by five to ten years in prison. Mr. Logsdon is being lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.
