I you do you are not alone. A new survey found that Americans spend around 3 hours of their weekend on “unpaid tasks” for their job, like sending emails or making business calls. It’s not much easier to “get away” from the job on Sundays, either. The survey found that most Americans start feeling that “work week anxiety” or that “Oh no, Monday is coming” feeling Sunday afternoons at around 4pm.
