This week we will meet Frank and Stewie, two new animals hoping for a new Furever home.

Since 2017 we have featured 604 animals and 602 have been adopted so far!

Pet Supplies Plus is participating in a donation drive for the Hardin County Animal Shelter. In observance of Dogust 1st, the universal birthday for rescue dogs, they will have a monetary donation drive all month long for the shelter! Science Diet is sponsoring a contest where the top 10 shelters with the most monetary donations will win 500 lbs of dry pet food. Pet Supplies Plus won this contest for the shelter last year, and we want to do it again! We would love your help, so stop by Pet Supplies Plus at 209 Towne Drive in Elizabethtown to make a donation today!

This week we will meet Millie and Smudge two new animals hoping for a new Furever home.

Since 2017 we have featured 602 animals and of those, ALL 602 have been adopted so far!

The Dirty Dog Bash is coming up THIS SATURDAY! Join in the mission to support homeless animals at this party of the year. This is their biggest fundraiser and the proceeds are essential for the work they do. Tickets are $75 each – proceeds go to our community’s homeless animals. Find more event info at www.fohcas.org.

This is a very special week, we will feature our 600th animal! We get to meet Chili and Queenie Mae, two dogs hoping for a new Furever home.

Since 2017 we have featured 598 animals and of those, 596 have been adopted so far!

We will also celebrate the accomplishment of the shelter being awarded No-Kill status for 2023!

The shelter is holding a Long Time Resident Special where they will be waiving the adoption fees on all dogs that have been in the shelter’s care for more than 30 days. Currently there are more than a dozen dogs which qualify for this special. Call or visit the shelter for more information.
