Free School Lunches to Remain for the 2021-2022 School Year.

To help ease the burden of coming out of a pandemic, many school districts are going to keep offering free lunches for the upcoming year.

Some are also asking parents to fill out forms so that they can still have accurate data on the free and reduced lunch program.

Hardin County Schools for example is asking all parents to fill out the Free and Reduced Lunch form.

Director of Communications John Wright says these forms will be sent home with children on the first day of school. They can also be found at Hardin.KYschools.US

Also joining Hardin County in offering free lunches is La-Rue, Grayson, Breckinridge, and Meade counties. For information on what you need to fill out for the free lunches call your local school district.
