Changes to Freeman Lake to be Expected.

Changes at Freeman Lake are to be expected in the upcoming weeks after Hardin County Teen Drowned.

19 year old Kenny Robertson drowned last week at Freeman Lake while Kayaking.

Authorities say that Robertson was not wearing his life jacket at the time of the incident.

Currently it is not required to wear a lifejacket when you rent a watercraft from Freeman Lake, Mayor Jeff Gregory hopes to change that.

Gregory wants to prevent another tragedy like this from happening again by improving the rules that they currently have.

These changes are currently being talked about and will likely be announced in the upcoming weeks.
