The Hardin County School Board has voted unanimously that East Hardin Middle School will start the year online. The decision came shortly after hearing that the building failed to receive a fire alarm certification.
According to Superintendent Terri Morgan, the decision to begin virtually was the best of the worst options. East Hardin will continue virtual learning until the building is certified to receive students.
