AUTHORITIES SAY WILLY WALKER AND ZACHARY JUSTE TRIED TO USE A FORGED DEBIT CARD FOR $2,900 DOLLARS AT KROGER ON TOWNE DRIVE. WALKER AND JUSTE BOTH HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT, SECOND DEGREE AND POSSESSION OF FORGERY DEVICE.

AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED ROBERSON WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOR THE SHOOTING DEATH OF XEDRIC MCNEIL IN FEBRUARY OF LAST YEAR. ACCORDING TO ARREST RECORDS, ROBERSON AND MCNEIL GOT INTO A VERBAL ALTERCATION AT A RESIDENCE ON DIECKS DRIVE. OFFICIALS SAY THE TWO WENT OUTSIDE WHERE THE ARGUMENT CONTINUED. ROBERSON ALLEGEDLY PULLED OUT A GUN SHOOTING MCNEIL AT LEAST ONCE IN THE CHEST. POLICE SAY ROBERSON THEN CONTINUED FIRING THE WEAPON AS MCNEIL ATTEMPTED TO RUN. ROBERSON IS REPORTED TO HAVE STRUCK AN OCCUPIED VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE INCIDENT. HE FACES MURDER AND WANTON ENDANGERMENT CHARGES.
