A Hardin County woman charged with 2 counts of rape was in court yesterday. Police say 34 year old, Mary Beth Marlman is accused of having sex with a 16 year old earlier this year. Officer Chris Denham says the charges are Statutory Offenses due to the fact that Marlman is more than 10 years older than the victim.
